Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP) DAS Acquisition is a 100% employee-owned ESOP. ESOPs are qualified retirement plans regulated by the Federal Government. It is similar to a profit sharing plan, except it is designed to invest primarily in company stock. Which means our employees, who are part owner of DAS Acquisition Company, will get a portion of profits based on their income. Unlike other ESOPs, DAS provides both employee stock ownership as well as traditional 401(K) plans. You invest nothing but your partnership in DAS to reap the financial benefits of the ESOP. Becoming an ESOP allowed DAS Acquisition to remain independent and preserve our legacy and culture.
401(K) Retirement Plan You can enroll in the 401(K) plan and have a percentage of your payroll automatically deducted. DAS Acquisition Company, LLC matches 2% of your contribution as of January of 2018. This amount will go up to 3% January of 2020!
Joining DAS is very different than being hired by other companies. Your co-owners have a vested interest in your success and work tirelessly to support your efforts.
Health Insurance DAS offers health, dental and vision to our mortgage bankers with two options to choose from. Click here to see current monthly rates. If rates change in the future, as an employee/co-owner, you will be notified.
Flexible Spending Account Employees may elect to payroll deduct on a pretax basis up to $1,500.00 annually for out of pocket medical expenses and $5,000.00 for Dependent care.
Life Insurance, Supplemental Life Insurance, and AD&D All DAS Acquisition employees are provided with a life insurance policy. In addition to the policy that is provided, employees may elect to supplement their life insurance with a supplemental policy.
Short Term Disability DAS through AFLAC offers the ability to choose valuable supplement benefits that meet your needs. The convenience of premiums payments through payroll deduction and the ability to take most coverage’s with you is available if you change jobs or retire.
